It just takes a few minutes to sign up online and costs £65 for a subscription for one green bin, and £56.48 for each additional bin after that.
That works out to as little as £2.70 per collection.

If you have paid for a garden waste subscription for 2025/26, your green bin collections will continue on your normal collection day until Friday 27 March 2026.
How it works
Our crews will use in-cab technology on their collection rounds to see if you have a subscription.
You must have a green bin before you sign up for a subscription.
You won't be given a bin as part of the service, so if you don't have one you need to buy a green bin. We won't collect your garden waste until your bin has been delivered.
The cost of a green bin has been cut from £71.38 to £42.64 each, which is a saving of 40% compared to last year's price.
You just need to make sure your green bin has your house name or number on it. You can use a number sticker or permanent marker to do this.
When your garden waste will be collected
Your garden waste will be collected on your green bin day every two weeks between 30 March 2026 and 27 March 2027, with a short break between mid-December and mid-January.
If you sign up part way through the subscription year, your collections will still end the week of 27 March 2027.
