- Air conditioning, ventilation and telecommunications equipment
For mixed use schemes that include residential and non-residential work, the fee will be based on the total gross external floor space.

- development of 10-49 houses or flats
- floor space between 1,000 and 4,999 square metres

- development of 50 or more houses or flats
- floor space of 5,000 square metres or more

When you apply you will need to give us as much information on your proposal as possible.
You should include:
- draft drawings and plans
- photographs
- a draft design and access statement
