Gardening an allotment provides an excellent opportunity for all ages to grow and enjoy their own fresh fruit and vegetables. It's also a healthy and sociable outdoor exercise.
How to apply for an allotment
The allotments in the district are managed in three ways:
- directly managed by the council,
- managed by the council in partnership with an allotment association, or
- managed fully by an allotment association.
