The money you pay each month is based on your council tax band and the money we need to run the services we provide. The total amount we take is the difference between how much budget we need and how much we have to spend.

What happens if I don't pay my council tax?

We’ll send you a reminder giving you seven days to pay. You might have to pay the full amount if you fall behind with payments more than three times in a year.
