To adapt your beach hut you must get permission from us.
If we approve the adaptation, you'll need to pay a fee per year based on the additional floor space (in m²) of the hut. Some adaptations, such as disabled access and steps to the hut, are free.

If you adapt your beach hut without permission, we will ask you to pay the costs or remove the adaptation.
