Householder development such as extending or altering residential buildings | £500 including VAT for a meeting, site visit and written advice |
Minor development:
For mixed use schemes that include residential and non-residential work, the fee will be based on the total gross external floor space. |
£1,250 including VAT for a meeting, site visit and written advice |
Major development:
For mixed use schemes that include residential and non-residential work, the fee will be based on the total gross external floor space. |
£4,375 including VAT for a meeting, site visit and written advice |
Large scale major development:
For mixed use schemes that include residential and non-residential work, the fee will be based on the total gross external floor space. |
£6,245 including VAT for a meeting, site visit and written advice |
When you apply you will need to give us as much information on your proposal as possible.
You should include:
- draft drawings and plans
- photographs
- a draft design and access statement
