How to use your automatic car parking account in our car parks and what to do if something goes wrong.
Registering to manage your parking account online is simple, fast and secure and you can update your details at any time.
You can use your parking account in a number of our car parks, including Park and Ride - find a car park.
Different car parks have different charges per hour.
Your registered payment card will be charged automatically when you exit the car park. You won't need to visit a payment machine.
Payments will show on your account from 9am the day after you use the car park.
You can turn off automatic payments at any time. Login to your account, go to 'update your payment details' and select 'disable automatic payments'.
You must make sure the vehicle you want to park is the one listed on your account as the primary vehicle. You can change this as often as you need to in the vehicles section of your account.
If you have a Blue Badge you can park for free for three hours in most of our ANPR car parks, excluding the Park and Ride sites.
You need to register your Blue Badge against your online account and display it when you park.
You can change your registered vehicles as many times as you like (for example, if friends or family drive you at different times) but you can only have two registered at any one time.
Click 'Problems signing in' on the account log in page and we'll send you a reset password email. If you don't get one, try checking your email junk or spam folder.
