This privacy notice is for tranche 4 of the Household Support Grant.

Service description

The Household Support Fund will support households in England and will be distributed by councils in England, who know their local areas best and can directly help those who need it most.

The scheme is funded by the government to help low income households with costs like food, bills and other essentials such as clothing.

Processing activity

To receive, determine and pay applications for support from the Household Support Fund.

Information requirements

This information may include:

  • Applicants name, date of birth, National Insurance Number and home address<
  • Applicants email address and phone number
  • Annual income details and three months bank statements
  • Applicants bank account details
  • Proof to support the application (e.g. Identity, Address, Income, Savings, Expenses, etc)
