What is the Local Plan?

The Local Plan sets out plans to develop Canterbury district until 2031. We use it to help make planning decisions for the area.

What is the Community Infrastructure Levy?

The Community Infrastructure Levy is a charge which is applied on most new developments. Money from it goes towards infrastructure in the district that supports development.
