Make a complaint
If you're not happy with the service you've had you can make a complaint.
We want to provide a good service to everyone but things can go wrong. If this happens we want to know about it so that we can put it right and stop it from happening again.

If you think a councillor has broken the Code of Conduct, you can make a complaint about a councillor.
